So, my sister has been pestering me to blog again!!!Out of my hectic schelude, i really had to fork out time to blog even though my typing is really fast! i don't deny... hahaha :Panyway, who else is watching HOT SHOT at the moment? It's a good show, but over-exaggerated la.. but with those hunks in.. the show will never be boring.. at least for me!! alrighty,been meddling with my housing stuffs all this while... HDB Loan, Bank Loan, Viewing flats ard neighbourhood etc..etc... never-ending problems just crop-up halfway when thingy almost get done!!! STRESSED!!!everything just don't seems to run smoothly...Our Loans is not being approved...well...thanks to the recent news of Lehman Brothers and Stocks market plunging that banks is taking precautions against loan... Buyers back off at the last min even after they said they will wait! What the fcuk! and, we never seems to find a house that we like! We're not choosy, it's just that the house is too run-down with alot of renovation needed to be done..otherwise, it'll be too expensive for us to afford... so, might as well don't move!!! I suggested to just give a red packet to the agent who helped us all along...otherwise, it's like wasting everyone's time now and then...my dad say wait to see what's instore for us next as we don't wanna waste the $180 for valuation report. Haha...i've chop off my hair again!!!! feeling good...
